What to expect when booking a coaching session:

Please read more about our financial wellness coaching services.

If coaching sounds right for you, click the “book now” button below and find a time that works best for you!

We aim to make financial education relevant through customized, one-on-one coaching sessions.

During coaching sessions, we discuss your goals and analyze your current financial wellness by reviewing your credit report and credit score and identifying your general financial habits. We then discuss resources and techniques to help get you to where you want to be.

BEFORE YOU BOOK:

  • Do not book multiple sessions at once. If multiple sessions are required, your coach will work with you during your appointment to schedule additional sessions. If more than one session is booked at a time, we will honor your first request and cancel the rest.

  • Begin by scheduling a Financial First Steps appointment. This is where coaching starts and provides a deep dive into your personal finances.

AFTER YOU BOOK:

Within 5 minutes of scheduling a session, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This confirmation email will contain the following:

  • Where and when your coaching session will take place

  • Two important links:

    • Your pre-appointment questionnaire - complete at least 1 hour before your appointment.

    • Your link to join your coaching session via Microsoft Teams - this is the link you will use to meet with your coach at the time of your appointment. You will still receive this link even if you book an in-person appointment.

  • This is a great time to consider adding this appointment to your calendar!

24 hours before your appointment, your financial wellness counselor will reach out with a welcome email! This email will remind you of your meeting location and time and to complete the pre-appointment form from your confirmation email if you have not already done so. The welcome email will have some attachments:

  • Your Coaching Workbook - this is yours to keep! It is a Microsoft Excel workbook designed for you to list your goals, review debt, track expenses, and plan your budget. We will go over this during your coaching session.

  • A link to complete a client engagement form

  • A reminder to complete your pre-appointment questionnaire

Your Appointment Time:

  • Please arrive on time and ready to engage.

    • On Time: We understand life happens; our coaches will wait 20 minutes. If you do not arrive within 20 minutes, your session will end, and you will need to rebook.

    • Ready to Engage: Please bring your laptop if in person, please turn your camera on if we are virtual, please come with questions and interact with us during your coaching session.

      • If you have a virtual appointment, you must be in a quiet, physical location; this means you cannot drive or otherwise be distracted during your appointment. If a coach senses a distraction or the environment is too disruptive, they may end your session at any point.

  • During your session, you and your counselor will discuss follow-up care and schedule any necessary appointments at this time.

Whether you're figuring out how to pay down debt, starting to save for a home, or just wanting to learn more about the products available, our team is here to offer support and resources.
